  • Any additional charges for remote locations will be communicated if applicable.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments.

5. Delivery Issues

  • However, Shunyam is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

  • If you receive a visibly damaged package, please record a video while opening and contact us immediately.
  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
